The farms, forests, streams, Civil War sites and heritage of The Middletown Valley and Catoctin Watershed are critically important and under constant pressure to be developed. Our mission is to preserve them before before it's too late. We also are working to create a trail system across and down the Middletown Valley to connect the Appalachian and Catoctin Trails, with the towns of Middletown, Myersville, Burkittsville and Brunswick to provide safe and healthy outdoor places for residents and visitors alike to experience our rich agriculture heritage and civil war history.
