Since 2000, Catoctin Land Trust has assisted property owners who want to conserve their land’s historic, agricultural, or natural values. Through conservation easements, CLT has supported landowners to ensure that their land will be protected for generations. CLT holds or co-holds 31easements totaling over 2,100 acres, serving as a “landowner’s navigator” to help interested property owners connect with the appropriate agency or land trust for their circumstances.
