“Take Cover” Training/Field Day Event

Join us for a field day focused on establishing multispecies cover crops using aerial seeding technology. This hands-on event will explore the latest approaches to cover crop establishment, including the use of drones for aerial seeding and the economic and environmental benefits of incorporating diverse cover crops into farm management. Lunch is included!
What to Expect
The field day will feature demonstrations and presentations covering:

– Aerial seeding technology
– Economics and profitability
– Cost-share programs
– Soil health and environmental benefits
Hear from Elevate Agriculture, Virginia Seed Company, USDA-NRCS, Maryland Department of Agriculture, Washington County Soil Conservation District, and Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
